Key Responsibilities:

• Organising events such as pop up bars, brewery bash and brewery tours.
• Liaise with publicans to organise external events.

Most Rewarding Aspect of being on the Stu Brew Committee:Â

It's great hearing Stu Brew being spoken about around town and being able to say it's something you're involved with. As the society is a business and a commercial brewery being involved in committee gives you many transferable skills too.

Why did you get involved with Stu Brew?

I can remember visiting a Newcastle Uni open day and knowing then that the society was something that I wanted to get involved with. In addition I worked at a microbrewery back home over the summer so Stu Brew is the perfect way to keep up my interest in brewing when I'm back in Newcastle.
