Most rewarding aspect:ÂÂBeing able to talk to others who are also interested beer and see what they think of Stu Brew. I very much enjoy talking with like-minded people about a common interestÂ

Why I got involved:ÂÂBecause of how much brewing ties into the Chemical Engineering curriculum, it was great to get a hands-on experience that was related to what I was learning. I also wanted to see what it was like and what it took to help run a brewery, as well as how different styles of beer are brewed compared to each otherÂ
