Graduation went down so well last year we’ve decided to make it an annual release. Graduation (2018) was brewed by Student Brewmaster Paulius this year. It’s a slightly different recipe to last year and uses a mixture of 2 different yeast strains again. A limited edition run of 100 x 1L growlers will be available alongside the keg release

Our 2017 graduation special was designed and brewed by Roger Cowgill. Roger is the most dedicated home brewer we’ve ever met! He’s big into saison and gueze style beers so was the perfect person to develop this beer. Fermented with 2 different yeast strains, a stepped temperature profile fermentation, pH controlled mash… this was easily the most technical brew we’ve made to date. The result is a beautiful example of this humble farmhouse style. Perfect celebration beer.
